About Me

Hi Everyone,

       My name is Sangerald Ortiz. I am originally from Puerto Rico, and now living in Florida. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from The International Academy of Design and Technology with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Digital Media Production. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Entertainment Business with Full Sail University. The purpose of this blog is to help promote myself professionally and some of my work as well. My future dream career will be to become a Director, Casting Director,  or Producer in the film industry. However, at the same time I would love to become a Web Designer or Graphic Designer on the side. I also really enjoy photography and I have a website where I share my professional photography work. I wish to use this blog, to promote myself as a professional individual and to meet new people out there looking to work in the Entertainment Industry just like myself and make connections to gain more experience in the field. So far in the field I have worked as an extra in The Rum Diary movie in Puerto Rico, where I worked in three different scenes in the movie. It was with that awesome opportunity that inspired me to follow my dream of becoming a director. Later on I worked on a musical called "Not Another High School Musical" where I portrayed Seaweed from Hairspray. Then I moved to Florida and I did some photoshoots and the last opportunity was when I worked with Water Light Multimedia Productions as a Production Assistant in the filming of the music video "The Rain by Vika". It was another amazing experience and I absolutely loved it!
